Just closed on 212 W Wilson Street 🎉
This one is extra special. The seller, Blake Walsman, was once my student in the classroom. Fast forward a few years, and he trusted me to handle one of the biggest transactions of his life—selling his home.
Blake originally had the home listed as For Sale By Owner, but after a call and a conversation, he gave me the chance to step in. I’m grateful he trusted me to get the job done.
Big congratulations to Blake on this new chapter! 👏
