She was also a former student of mine… so the trust runs deep.
This sale didn’t come easy. Our first deal fell apart over a tough appraisal. Most people would’ve forced it or settled.
She trusted my instincts. We reset. Went back to market. Waited it out.
Two more months later… new buyer, stronger appraisal, and more money in her pocket.
