They bought this house… without ever stepping foot in it.
Will and Jean Ann Kocher were living in Arizona. They wanted to come home to Indiana.
We FaceTimed through the entire property. Room by room. Closets. Basement. Everything.
We vibed immediately.
They trusted me enough to say yes to a house they had never physically seen.
That kind of trust isn’t built on paperwork. It’s built on connection, communication, and clarity.
Today, White Oak Drive is theirs. And sometimes “coming home” starts with a phone call.
Welcome back to Indiana. 🏡
