This is what doesn’t make the reel

This is what doesn’t make the reel.

Late nights. Quiet focus. Creating something that might never get a thank you — but still gets done.

My wife worked on her eLearning lesson last night and again today. I watched her build it — and it was good.

I remember the grind. The planning. The grading. The showing up every day and exhausting yourself.

I’m still a teacher. Just not in a classroom. And she carries it every day.

Teachers do what needs to be done. Every day. Not always the same way.

Much respect to the ones who show up anyway.
